Gurudas states "There is a relationship between the
anatomy of people and the shape, colour, and texture of many
plants. The actual essence is the electromagnetic pattern of
the plant form, and the vitality of the life force increases
about the area of the bloom. Healing comes from levels within
the self and is activated upon the levels of the soul and then
is reflected into the body physical. For what you are doing is
activating ancient doorways to levels of consciousness."
Essences were used in Lemuria approximately 500,000 years
ago. At this time they were created and used very differently
than they are today. Than in 1928 until 1936 Dr Bach reintroduced
the system of using flower essences in healing and conscious
growth. The method of his choice was to pick the flower put it
in water and place it in the sunlight allowing the essence to
enter the water. Today there are thousands of essences being
made, truly is a gift of this time. I first visited the Bach
Center in England nearly three decades ago and fell in love with
the essences. I still work with my original kit. Over the years
I have been called to explore and work with different methods
and now teach a method of co-creating with the flowers, trees,
and plants where they no longer have to be picked and die to
be made into an essence. My latest work is the Ancient Lemuria
Technique of making and working with the essences.
A lot of my work with people is about supporting them in moving
from what I call the old earth paradigm of duality - assigning
positive or negative value to experiences, thoughts and feelings
and putting yourself in the place of how you "should"
be - to moving into the new earth paradigm of a unified, non-dualistic
being that creates the space for living in harmony with self
without judgment. The purposes of using essences are many fold.
They support the above changes with grace and ease while you
enter your authentic self, accepting all aspects of yourself
- the wonderful and not so wonderful aspects. They balance the
disturbances within the human energy system, and lifts the consciousness
of the individual to new levels of spiritual attunement and awareness.
They work independently of any evolved state of consciousness
and at the same time they are also the life force itself shaped
to a particular pattern. They become the evolutionary force in
the consciousness of the individual, a progressive element that
may stimulate change. The Essences made in the Ancient Lemuria
Technique work in harmony with all other substances and medications.
They are non-allergic.
All Kits and Individual Essences are custom made by Barbara
with a clear intention to support the journey of the person ordering
and anyone who comes to them for support. Two people may take
the same essence and that essence will adjust itself with the
vibration of the person taking it. Each person may also have
very different experiences with the same essence, as well as
the taste from the same bottle can be different for each person.
Therefore each kit has a focus and write up rather than each
essence, allowing for the individual adjustments.

Each essence is in a base of water using a small amount of brandy
as a preservative. Also available as a preservative is vegetable
glycerin or
distilled white vinegar. You can take a few drops of the essences
under the tongue or in some water or place it directly on your
wrist and rub it in with the opposite wrist. Each essence is
chosen through using your heart and intuition.
